Vision Exploration manages an Exploration Program for a group of internal investors that focuses on the assembly of oil and gas prospects in the United States Gulf Coast Area. The prospects that are proposed for assembly may be exploratory in nature but quite frequently target low risk development opportunities arising from the Company's identification of undeveloped areas within and frequently beneath existing oil and gas fields. Vision charges a very reasonable fixed overhead allocation, on a percentage basis, each month; this monthly overhead allocation has not increased since the Program was launched in 2000.
